I’ll disclose upfront that Mark Lettieri and I recorded together years ago on a track called “Rescue Me” so yes, I’m a fan. But honestly, you don’t need to know me to be one. Anytime I catch him live I find myself anxiously waiting for him to play “Bubinga” off his Things of That Nature album and it never disappoints.
As the guitarist for the Grammy winning instrumental ensemble Snarky Puppy, Lettieri has carved out a reputation as one of the most versatile and soulful players working today. His command of funk, soul, blues and jazz is effortless, and his solo work continues to push the conversation forward in the best possible way.

On the gear side, his ongoing collaboration with PRS Guitars has produced one of the most talked about signature instruments in recent memory, the Fiore. Named after the Italian word for flower, the guitar reflects everything Lettieri stands for: elegance, versatility, and a refusal to be boxed in. The latest iteration, the Fiore HH, arrives in stunning new finishes including Satin Lilac and Sunflower, pairing a dual humbucker setup with that signature swamp ash body and bolt on maple neck. It is as beautiful to look at as it is to play.

Mark Lettieri and the Fiore are the real deal. Designed for his style and built for players who refuse to be put in a box. Much like the man himself.
